The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and drive launch projects in Generic development projects with partners from initiation till approval.

What will you be doing?

• Drive Launch projects in Generic development projects with partners from Initiation till approval
• Creating initial project/action plans and defining timelines (alongside commercial teams as appropriate as budget holders)
• Identify and assess any risks throughout the project, and implement contingencies as required
• Hosting ‘kick-off’ and routine ‘progress’ meetings with both internal and external stakeholders (for example, CMOs or OLS customers)
• Ensuring all actions to remain compliant with the Quality Management Systems are completed satisfactorily and on time (for example, raising of Change Controls)

• To be aware of cGMP guidelines, SOP’s, QA systems and relevant guidelines.

• Collaborate with various Internal & external stake holders (R&D, Ops, Quality, SCM, Regulatory) to execute the project activities in line with the plan

• Should have knowledge of different concepts of project management and the tools of project management to monitor the project effectively.

The Person

• Experience requirement - 7-9 Years
  

• Should be energetic, possess good communication skill (written and oral) and interpersonal skill.
• Should be computer literate having good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project.
• Should have working knowledge of MS project.
• Science graduate (preferably B. Pharm. or M.Pharm.)/ MBA/ PGDM.
