The Role
We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Brand and National NHS Liaison Manager to support our Marketing department.
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of annual marketing plans for Aspire’s branded portfolio, aligning with long-term branded strategy and commercial objectives. You will drive product growth through targeted campaigns and strategic collaboration with the Head of Marketing and commercial leads.
You will also champion Aspire’s Medicines Optimisation Centricity Programmes, working with NHS stakeholders to identify access and delivery challenges; and translate insights into auditable value propositions that enhance brand uptake and commercial success.
What will you be doing?
As a Senior Brand and National NHS Liaison Manager you will be responsible for a variety of different tasks including:
- Create brand plans to set the marketing strategy for the portfolio of promoted brands you are responsible for.
- Oversee the execution of the marketing strategy to ensure KPIs are met, and activities are delivered within agreed budgets.
- Analyse marketing performance against the set KPIs and adjust the strategy as required.
- Consistently have knowledge of competitor activity.
- Analyse market data to identify new commercial opportunities.
- Design, lead, and monitor National Optimisation Centricity initiatives that fit the strategic plan and commercial needs.
- Seek to evolve Aspire’s understanding of payer needs and key drivers of change.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships across all cross-functional teams.
The Person
- Degree level education, preferably in a life science or marketing related discipline.
- ABPI Qualified with an understanding of practical application in business environment.
- Proven UK market access experience with a robust payor network nationally.
- Pharmaceutical marketing experience, including devising of strategic campaigns, brand plan creation and KOL development.
- Ability to effectively communicate to large groups of sales personnel, both directly and in writing.
- High levels of numeracy and written skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in managing complex projects and delivering to deadlines.
