The Role

We are currently looking to recruit a Testing & Release Officer for our Operations Team. As a Testing & Release Officer, you will ensure that all day to day activities relating to sample management with the warehouse and testing sites are completed in a timely manner, to ensure the smooth release of products.

What will you be doing?

As a Testing & Release Officer, you will be responsible for a variety of different tasks including:

• Invoices – Processing testing and material invoices as per the required process 

• Co-ordination – Liaising with Aspire’s warehouse to ensure samples are shared efficiently with our testing sites, taking information for the ASN notifications 

• Sample management – ensuring QP samples are receipted effectively and distributed to the correct QP

• Release documentation – Supporting the QPs and Technical Compliance team to ensure the required documentation is shared in a timely manner.

• Material requirements - Liaising with our testing labs to ensure they have the required material available to them to allow testing of incoming batches.

The Person

• 3 years' experience in a similar role required

• Strong communication skills

• Strong attention to detail
